1. Introduction and Scope
SocialPosterr is a brand and service operated by Ai Business Developer Inc, a Montana corporation ("Ai Business Developer Inc," "SocialPosterr," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy & Cookie Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit SocialPosterr.com, create or use a SocialPosterr account, use SocialCloser™, interact with our support and communications, or otherwise use services that link to this Policy.
This Policy also explains our role when a SocialPosterr Client uses SocialCloser™ and related SocialPosterr tools to communicate with that Client's prospects, leads, customers, followers, website visitors, or other contacts. In those situations, the Client generally determines why the information is processed, and SocialPosterr generally processes that information on the Client's behalf.
This Policy applies to the SocialPosterr website and services that link to it. It does not automatically govern a Client's independent privacy practices, a third-party website, or a third-party service that a Client connects to SocialPosterr under the Client's own account.

3. Our Privacy Roles
For information we collect to operate SocialPosterr itself—such as Client account information, subscription billing information, support requests, website analytics, security data, marketing preferences, and affiliate attribution—Ai Business Developer Inc generally acts as the controller or business that determines the purposes of processing.
For personal information a Client submits to or processes through SocialPosterr concerning the Client's own prospects, leads, customers, contacts, followers, message senders, website visitors, or other end users ("Client Data"), the Client generally acts as the controller/business and SocialPosterr generally acts as the processor/service provider. We process Client Data to provide the services, according to the Client's configuration, instructions, and applicable agreements.
OneGlimpse B.V. hosts and operates the underlying SocialCloser™ AI environment on our behalf. For Client Data processed through SocialCloser™, OneGlimpse generally acts as our subprocessor.
Sociamonials, Inc. provides underlying social-media posting and scheduling functionality and may act as a subprocessor for data processed through those features.
If you are an individual interacting with a SocialPosterr Client through SocialCloser™, the Client's privacy notice primarily explains the Client's reasons for collecting and using your information. Privacy requests concerning that Client's use of your information should generally be directed to the Client. We will assist the Client with requests when required by law or contract.

5. Where Information Comes From
We may collect information directly from Clients and users; from people who communicate with a Client through a connected channel; from social networks, messaging providers, payment providers, calendar or business integrations; from service providers; from the Client's uploaded or imported data; and automatically through website, application, security, analytics, advertising, and consent technologies.
Clients may also import or create contact records and custom fields. Clients are responsible for ensuring that they have an appropriate legal basis and any required notices or permissions for information they submit to or process through SocialPosterr.
6. How We Use Information
- Provide, operate, maintain, personalize, and improve SocialPosterr and SocialCloser™.
- Create and administer Client accounts and workspaces.
- Connect social-media, messaging, email, payment, scheduling, and other integrations selected by a Client.
- Send, receive, route, and organize communications across supported channels.
- Use AI to generate responses, summarize or classify conversations, retrieve relevant knowledge, score or route leads, understand media, and execute Client-configured workflows.
- Maintain CRM records, lead stages, notes, tags, appointments, and sales-related information.
- Facilitate appointments, deposits, and payments through native functionality or Client-designated services.
- Process subscription billing and prevent billing fraud.
- Provide support and respond to requests.
- Secure the services, detect and prevent abuse or fraud, troubleshoot errors, and protect users, Clients, and our systems.
- Measure website performance, conversions, advertising effectiveness, affiliate attribution, and traffic quality when permitted by your consent and applicable law.
- Send service messages and, where permitted, marketing communications.
- Comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, protect rights and safety, and respond to lawful requests.
- Create aggregate or de-identified information for analytics and service improvement where the information no longer identifies an individual.
7. SocialCloser™ and Artificial Intelligence
SocialCloser™ is an AI-assisted sales and communications system. Clients may choose among available conversational models for applicable functions. SocialCloser™ may use Anthropic Claude, SocialPosterr Max, and other available models, while certain task-specific background functions may automatically use an appropriate model or service.
SocialPosterr Max was developed and is hosted and operated by OneGlimpse B.V. Google Gemini is used for certain task-specific media processing, such as understanding voice notes, images, or video. Depending on enabled features, additional AI services may be used for functions such as transcription, embeddings, retrieval, or other specialized processing.
Each Client may personalize SocialCloser™ using the Client's instructions, FAQs, knowledge base, product information, communication preferences, prior interactions, and other Client-specific resources. This personalization is used to make the Client's agent better reflect the Client's business and communication style.
Client Data is not used to train generally available AI models unless the Client expressly agrees to such use in a separate written agreement. The processor terms applicable to SocialCloser™ state that Anthropic and Google process Client Data under enterprise arrangements that prohibit training their generally available models on that Client Data.
SocialCloser™ may generate lead or qualification scores, classifications, suggested actions, and routing decisions. The service is designed to support sales and communication workflows, not to make legally binding or similarly significant decisions about individuals. Clients should use appropriate human review for high-value transactions and for any use that could materially affect a person's legal rights or significant interests.
SocialCloser™ is not intended to be the sole decision-maker for employment, credit, lending, housing, insurance eligibility, medical diagnosis or treatment, education admissions, or other regulated consequential decisions.
8. Supported Communication Channels and Client-Designated Services
Supported SocialCloser™ channels currently include Instagram direct messages, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, SMS/text messaging, website chat, and email. Additional channels may be added as platforms make suitable integrations available.
Website chat is a native SocialCloser™ feature. Appointment scheduling is also available natively, and Clients may configure additional scheduling, calendar, reservation, CRM, or other business integrations.
For SMS, Clients connect and control their own Twilio accounts and are responsible for their registration, number configuration, messaging compliance, consent practices, and carrier requirements. For prospect deposits or payments, Clients may connect their own Stripe accounts.
Clients may also connect their own Mailgun, SMTP, calendar, or other provider accounts.
When a Client connects a service under the Client's own account, SocialPosterr transmits information to and from that provider as necessary to perform the Client's instructions. The provider's own terms and privacy practices also apply to its processing under the Client's account.
9. Social-Media Posting and Scheduling
Sociamonials, Inc. provides underlying social-media posting, scheduling, analytics, and related functionality used by SocialPosterr. Client configuration and onboarding for those functions occur through the software; Sociamonials personnel do not routinely log into a Client's SocialPosterr account for onboarding configuration.
When a Client connects a social-media account, the applicable platform may provide identifiers, page or profile information, permissions, access tokens, content, comments, messages, analytics, and other information necessary to provide the requested features. The Client can disconnect integrations using available account or platform controls.
10. Google, YouTube, and Google Workspace Data
Where SocialPosterr or an underlying integration requests access to Google user data, we use that data only to provide or improve the user-facing features for which access was requested, subject to the user's authorization and applicable Google requirements.
SocialPosterr's use and transfer to any other application of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Where Google Workspace scopes are used, our use of information received from those scopes will also adhere to the Google Workspace User Data and Developer Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Google user data obtained through applicable API scopes is not sold or transferred for advertising, data-broker, creditworthiness, or lending purposes, and it is not used to create, train, or improve a general machine-learning or AI model beyond uses permitted by applicable Google policy.
Where a YouTube integration is enabled, use of the integration may also be subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. Users may revoke Google account access through their Google account security settings.
11. Payments
SocialPosterr uses Stripe to process SocialPosterr subscription payments. Stripe processes payment-card and related payment information, and SocialPosterr receives billing, subscription, transaction, and payment-status information as needed to administer the Client relationship.
When a Client uses SocialCloser™ to facilitate a deposit or payment from the Client's prospect, the payment is processed through the Client's own connected Stripe account when that configuration is used. SocialPosterr may receive or process transaction status, amount, customer/contact linkage, and related workflow information, but the Client's Stripe relationship governs Stripe's processing under that connected account.
12. How We Disclose Information
We disclose personal information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, as directed by a Client, with consent, or as otherwise permitted or required by law.
- Service providers and subprocessors that host, secure, maintain, support, analyze, deliver, or power SocialPosterr and SocialCloser™.
- Connected social networks, messaging services, email providers, payment providers, scheduling services, and other integrations selected by a Client.
- AI and machine-learning providers used to provide Client-selected or task-specific features.
- Analytics, advertising, attribution, traffic-quality, and fraud-prevention providers when enabled by the applicable consent state.
- Professional advisers such as attorneys, accountants, auditors, insurers, and consultants subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.
- Government authorities, courts, regulators, law enforcement, or other parties when disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or property.
- A buyer, investor, successor, or other party in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar corporate transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.
13. Key Service Providers and Subprocessors
The providers used by SocialPosterr vary by feature and Client configuration. Not every provider receives every category of information. Key providers and categories include:
| Provider / Category | Role |
|---|---|
| OneGlimpse B.V. | Hosts and operates the underlying SocialCloser™ AI environment and SocialPosterr Max; acts as a processor/subprocessor for applicable Client Data. |
| Anthropic PBC | Conversational AI processing for applicable SocialCloser™ model selections. |
| Google LLC / Google Cloud / Firebase | Google Gemini media understanding, certain cloud functions, authentication, file storage, and connected Google services as applicable. |
| Meta Platforms, Inc. | Instagram, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, and related platform APIs and messaging functions. |
| Twilio Inc. | Certain WhatsApp and phone-number infrastructure; SMS sent through a Client's own Twilio account is governed by the Client's Twilio relationship. |
| Mailgun Technologies, Inc. | Email delivery for SocialPosterr and certain built-in email features; Client-connected Mailgun/SMTP traffic may run under the Client's account. |
| Stripe, Inc. | SocialPosterr subscription billing and Client-connected prospect payment processing where enabled. |
| Hetzner Online GmbH | Dedicated hosting for the SocialCloser™ application and database in Europe. |
| Cloudflare, Inc. | Network protection, CDN/DNS, and related infrastructure for applicable services; SocialPosterr's backend runtime also targets Cloudflare Workers. |
| Sociamonials, Inc. | Underlying social-media posting and scheduling functionality. |
| Lovable | Hosts the public SocialPosterr website. SocialPosterr operational AI, messaging, CRM, and payment functions are not run through Lovable. |
14. Advertising, Analytics, and Cookies
SocialPosterr uses a custom consent manager (built-in cookie consent system). EU/UK visitors are presented with Accept All, Reject Non-Essential, and Cookie Settings choices. Non-essential analytics and marketing technologies are blocked until the applicable choice permits them. Analytics and Marketing preferences are stored for 12 months, and a permanent Cookie Settings link is available in the footer so preferences can be changed later.
We currently use or may use the following consent-gated website technologies: Google Analytics; Google Tag Manager; Google Ads conversion tracking; Meta Pixel; TikTok Pixel; LinkedIn Insight Tag; Pinterest Tag; Reddit Pixel and the Reddit Conversions API; Microsoft Clarity; Soro; Opticks; and our own affiliate-tracking technology operated under The Affiliate Wizard brand. Google Tag Manager is used to manage tags and follows the consent status applicable to the underlying tag.
Reddit is used for advertising and advertising measurement. When Marketing technologies are permitted, the Reddit Pixel may record page views, content views, and conversion actions such as submitting a form or clicking through to create an account, and we may store a Reddit click identifier in a first-party cookie for up to 90 days so a later conversion can be attributed to the advertisement you clicked. We may also send equivalent conversion events to Reddit directly from our servers through the Reddit Conversions API, including an irreversibly hashed (SHA-256) version of your email address and IP address used solely for match and attribution purposes. Reddit technologies remain disabled for visitors who reject Marketing cookies or send a supported GPC signal.
Microsoft Clarity is used for website interaction and performance analytics. Soro may be used for marketing, advertising measurement, or related analytics. Opticks is used for traffic-quality and advertising-fraud detection and analytics. The Affiliate Wizard is a first-party brand of Ai Business Developer Inc and may use theaffiliatewizard.com and tawlab.com in connection with affiliate referral, conversion, and commission attribution.
Necessary technologies support functions such as security, authentication, session management, and consent storage. Analytics technologies help us understand site usage and performance. Marketing technologies help measure advertising, conversions, attribution, and campaign effectiveness. Non-essential categories remain disabled for visitors who reject them or disable the relevant category.
We automatically honor supported Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising to the extent applicable. A GPC signal may cause Marketing technologies to remain disabled even if they otherwise could be enabled.
We do not sell personal information for money. However, when a visitor permits Marketing technologies, certain disclosures to advertising platforms may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising or "targeted advertising" under some U.S. state privacy laws. You can opt out by selecting Reject Non-Essential, disabling Marketing in Cookie Settings, or using a supported GPC signal.
15. Affiliate Tracking Disclosure
SocialPosterr operates an affiliate program to reward partners who refer new Clients. When you click an affiliate link or visit SocialPosterr through an affiliate referral, we may place a first-party affiliate tracking identifier or cookie in your browser to attribute any subsequent sign-up or purchase to the referring affiliate.
Affiliate tracking typically collects:
- Referral source, affiliate identifier, and campaign information.
- Pages viewed and approximate visit timestamp.
- Conversion events, such as account creation, subscription sign-up, or purchase, tied to the affiliate identifier.
- General device and browser information needed to prevent fraud and measure attribution.
We use this information solely to pay commissions, measure affiliate performance, detect fraud, and improve our affiliate program. Affiliate identifiers are not sold to third parties, and individual affiliate partners do not receive identifiable personal information about referred visitors unless you choose to provide it to them directly.
How to manage affiliate tracking:
- Click the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer of any page to open the consent manager and disable Marketing/affiliate tracking cookies.
- Select "Reject Non-Essential" when the consent banner appears to keep affiliate tracking disabled.
- Clear or block first-party cookies for socialposterr.com in your browser settings.
- Use a browser extension or privacy feature that blocks marketing/tracking cookies.
- Send a privacy request to privacy@socialposterr.com to ask about affiliate data associated with your account.
If you disable affiliate tracking cookies, you can still use SocialPosterr; however, the referring partner may not receive credit for a conversion from your visit. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal and our consent-manager choices, so affiliate tracking will remain disabled when those signals indicate you do not want marketing or cross-context tracking.
16. Mobile Messaging
For SocialPosterr's own mobile communications, we do not sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or consent records with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may use service providers solely as necessary to deliver, secure, support, or administer requested messaging.
For a Client's SMS program, the Client controls its own Twilio account and is responsible for obtaining required permissions, maintaining consent records, honoring opt-outs, and satisfying applicable carrier, A2P 10DLC, TCPA, and other messaging requirements. SocialPosterr provides technical tools that transmit and process messages according to the Client's instructions.
17. Legal Bases for EEA/UK Processing
Where the EU GDPR, UK GDPR, or similar law applies to processing for which Ai Business Developer Inc acts as controller, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases: performance of a contract or steps requested before entering a contract; our legitimate interests in operating, securing, supporting, and improving our business and services; consent, including for non-essential cookies and certain marketing; and compliance with legal obligations.
Where SocialPosterr acts as processor for Client Data, the Client is responsible for identifying the legal basis for the Client's processing. SocialPosterr processes the Client Data according to the Client's documented instructions and applicable processor terms.
18. International Data Transfers and Storage
The underlying SocialCloser™ environment stores messages, contacts, campaigns, and appointments on dedicated servers in Germany. Files, media, and backups are stored in the European Union, and account authentication uses Firebase in EU regions. AI processing may require sending message or media content to model providers located outside the European Union, including providers in the United States.
Where personal data is transferred internationally and applicable law requires safeguards, we and/or our processors use appropriate mechanisms such as the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, adequacy decisions, or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where applicable.
The location of Client-designated services depends on the provider selected by the Client and the Client's own configuration.
19. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, to provide the services, satisfy legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution requirements, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of record and the role in which we process it.
For the SocialCloser™ environment, the current standard retention schedule includes: active account data for the life of the account; conversation and message data for three years after the last activity on a contact by default, configurable to a shorter period; financial records for seven years where maintained by the underlying processor for legal or tax purposes; server and security logs typically for up to 12 months; and aggregate or de-identified analytics that may be retained indefinitely because they do not identify an individual.
When a SocialCloser™ account is cancelled, Client Data may be exported for 30 days. After that period, Client Data is deleted from active systems in the normal course. Backups may remain for up to 90 days after deletion from active systems before aging out according to backup procedures.
Ai Business Developer Inc may retain its own account, billing, support, affiliate, marketing, security, and legal records for periods reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose. We may retain information longer where required by law, necessary to establish or defend legal claims, or necessary to prevent fraud or abuse.
20. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. The underlying SocialCloser™ environment uses measures that include encrypted transport using TLS, restricted production access, non-public database access, two-factor authentication support, network protection, security logging, automated blocking of repeated failed access attempts, daily backups, and tested recovery procedures.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a security incident involving personal information occurs, we will investigate and provide notifications to Clients, affected individuals, or authorities as required by applicable law and contractual obligations.
21. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and which law applies, you may have rights to request access to personal information, correct inaccurate information, delete information, obtain a portable copy, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent, opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, appeal a privacy-request decision, or use an authorized agent.
To exercise rights concerning information for which Ai Business Developer Inc acts as controller, contact privacy@socialposterr.com, call 850-490-2934, or write to the Privacy Officer at the address in Section 2. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
If your request concerns Client Data that SocialPosterr processes on behalf of a Client, we may refer the request to that Client, ask you to contact the Client, or assist the Client in responding. This is because the Client generally controls the purposes of that processing.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right protected by applicable law.
22. EEA, UK, and Switzerland Rights
Where applicable, individuals in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority in your country of residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement.
If we rely on consent, withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred before withdrawal. If we rely on legitimate interests, you may object to the processing where applicable.
23. U.S. State Privacy Rights
Residents of California, Colorado, Montana, Texas, and other U.S. states may have additional rights if and to the extent the applicable state privacy law applies to our processing. These rights may include access, correction, deletion, portability, opt-out of sale or sharing, opt-out of targeted advertising, limits on certain sensitive-data uses, non-discrimination, and an appeal process.
SocialPosterr does not sell personal information for money. Certain consented advertising disclosures may qualify as sharing or targeted advertising under some laws. Our Cookie Settings and automatic GPC handling provide mechanisms to opt out of those activities where applicable.
If applicable law permits an authorized agent to submit a request, we may require evidence of the agent's authority and may separately verify the consumer's identity.
24. Children and Minors
SocialPosterr is intended for business use. A person must be at least 18 years old to create or hold a SocialPosterr Client account. We do not intentionally direct SocialPosterr to children or permit Clients to use the service to intentionally market or sell specifically to minors.
Because SocialCloser™ can receive inbound messages through a Client's public communication channels, it is possible that a minor could contact a Client without SocialPosterr knowing the person's age. If we or a Client learn that personal information from a child or minor has been collected in circumstances where processing is not lawful or appropriate, we may delete or restrict that information as required.
25. Marketing Communications
We may send service communications necessary to administer SocialPosterr, such as account, security, billing, support, and platform notices. These are not treated as optional marketing messages when they are necessary to provide the service.
We may send marketing communications where permitted by law. Marketing email includes an unsubscribe mechanism, and we honor applicable opt-out requests. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent necessary service communications.
A Client using SocialCloser™ for the Client's own marketing or sales communications is responsible for the Client's legal basis, required notices, consent and opt-out practices, and compliance with applicable email, SMS, telemarketing, and platform rules.
26. Business Transfers and Legal Disclosures
We may disclose or transfer information in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction. Where required, we will provide appropriate notice or obtain consent before materially different uses of personal information.
We may also disclose information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, court order, subpoena, regulatory request, or other lawful process, or when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety, security, or property of SocialPosterr, our Clients, users, service providers, or the public.
27. Third-Party Links and Services
SocialPosterr may contain links to or integrations with websites and services that we do not control. Those third parties have their own privacy practices. This Policy does not govern their independent processing, and we encourage you to review their privacy notices before providing personal information.
28. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy as our services, data practices, vendors, integrations, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised Policy with a new Last Updated date. If a change materially affects how we use personal information, we will provide additional notice, obtain consent, or provide an opportunity to exercise applicable rights where required by law.
