What happens when my free trial ends?

Does the free trial limit my access to features?

No. The trial runs at Enterprise level, so you get every feature on the platform, including the Agentic Sales Agent, AI Writer Premium, campaigns and landing pages, RSS automation, bulk upload and the full analytics suite. The point is to let you connect real profiles, publish real content and have the agent handle real DM conversations before you commit to anything. That way your decision is based on results you've actually seen rather than a feature list. When the trial ends you choose the tier that matches how you actually used it, and anything above that tier simply becomes unavailable rather than deleting your data.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. There are no long-term contracts and no minimum commitments on any plan. Monthly plans run month-to-month and you can cancel at any time directly from your account settings — there's no retention call to sit through and no cancellation fee. If you prefer to pay annually you can, and you'll get a discount for doing so, but that's entirely optional. Should you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access for the rest of the period you've already paid for. Your posts, analytics history and conversation records remain exportable, so nothing you've built inside SocialPosterr is held hostage if you decide to leave.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes, at any time. You can upgrade, downgrade or switch between monthly and annual billing from your account in a couple of clicks, and the change takes effect immediately. Upgrades are prorated, so you only pay the difference for the remainder of the current billing period and the new profile, user and campaign limits unlock right away. Downgrades apply at the start of your next cycle so you keep everything you've paid for until then. This makes it easy to scale up during a busy campaign season or a client onboarding push, then scale back down once things settle.

Are there any setup fees?

None. Every plan is the advertised price with no setup fees, no onboarding charges and no hidden add-ons. Connecting your social profiles, importing existing content, configuring queues and training the Agentic Sales Agent on your offer and brand voice are all included in the subscription. Support and product updates are included too, so you're not billed extra when new channels or features ship. The only thing that changes your bill is deliberately moving to a different tier or billing cycle.
